[ppml] On doing jabber sessions with live meeting

Dear William,

As it happens, ARIN is planning to conduct a remote participation trial at
the ARIN meeting in October.  A moderator will read messages from remote
participants to the meeting so that their content can be shared by those
in attendance, as well as those who are observing remotely.  These
messages will be included in the minutes of the public policy meeting.  Full
details will be announced prior to the meeting.
