And one wonders what good is it to make policies
for IPv6 addressing without involving the stakeholders
who are building IPv6 networks. There seems to be an
underlying assumption that IPv6 is just another protocol
that v4 network operators will use when they find some 
customer demand. But, in fact, cellphone operators are
the ones who are building operational v6 networks today
using a VERY different architectural model from the 
v4 Internet.
