I'll buy that, but if and only if you plan to put up a fence. But
that goes back to my original question. With your proposal we have
the gate. A fine start. Please propose the fence (all the DHCP
based residential ISP's for which there is no info in whois) to go
along with it (separate policy is fine).
Without the fence the gate is something to find amusing and
inconvenient.
