Michael,

I would be happy for you (and I am sure that the ARIN staff would as well)
to suggest language which would help new applicants understand the process
and procedure and perhaps even the underlying policy.....  As a party
interested in ARIN education and outreach, I would be willing to collaborate
in support of your efforts and I'm sure that Member Services would also be
interested in our feedback and suggestions.

Of course you understand that this is not a suggestion to change or to
criticize the policies.... rather, a way to make the system easier to
interpret and navigate for the community you advocate for below.
