[ppml] WHOIS-- More thoughts

Hi all,
I know the meeting is going on this week, and I wanted to put this thought out.. 
Hopefully someone will see it and bring it up..

Since ARIN has a ORGABUSEHANDLE in the template, why does ARIN
allow anything in there but abuse@?
Should this be added as a template requirement?

Example:
