Why would people pay RIRs for address space ?
....when they can get it FREE....via the current 2002:[IPv4] approach which simply requires a person to have one dynamic (or static)
IPv4 address as a site-id...
Also, why isn't the address space allocation business totally automated ?
...why are so many people required ?
...what do they do all day ?
