If ICANN operates at a 10% level in the Multi-Level-Marketing-Machine,
then that would seem to place the CEO's compensation at ARIN closer to $2.5 million per year.
That might be a good enough starting point for budget purposes.
Directors at $2 million per year would be part-timers of course.
