ARIN Releases New Website

well, the next few weeks i will be accessing it from very thin and
expensive connections in africa.  in fact, much of africa is
covered by arin, and bandwidth there is not cheap or plentiful.

maybe, maybe not.  but the point is that they should follow
standards.
