That only applies to Galaxy 0 and StarGate 0 (i.e. G:S=0:0).
If you switch your IPv4 traffic to another Galaxy or StarGate
then the address space comes from the owner of IN-ADDR.[TLD].

You can switch using RIFRAF Routing.
