ARIN Transfer Guidelines

There has been recent discussion on the ARIN policy mailing list about the
transfer guidelines found at http://www.arin.net/regserv/transfer.html

Some individuals have expressed an interest in modifying these guidelines
and feel they may discourage organizations from submitting their transfer
requests.

Should the ARIN transfer guidelines be changed?

ARIN would like your feedback on this issue. Please post your comments and
suggestions to the public policy mailing list (ppml at arin.net).  Your
feedback will be included in the discussions at the upcoming public policy
meeting.
