size=2>Our AUP policies and contracts support our being able to shut down
customers during periods of inacceptible use. Our pre sales screening is more
based on understanding our customers needs before they sign on to our services.
We have turned away customers where their applications for Internet access
and/or hosting could become abusive. I see a screening process as a potential
management challenge to larger cable and telco providers.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
