Hello ,

You are hereby invited to submit a proposal for the attached scope of work, per the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).  Due to size, the RFP will be sent in multiple parts.  This link will take you to Part 1 the draft "Request for Proposal" invitation documents - #TURBO-6772RFP-041321<https://lnkd.in/gD9JNAX> . Part 2 will follow later.


In order to confirm your participation in the bid process you must complete and return the Notice of Intent to Bid form included with the RFP package as requested in the Instructions to Bidders. If you do not intend to bid, please return the entire RFP package to my attention.

A mandatory Preproposal Conference & Walkthrough will be held virtually on Thursday, April 15th , 2021  (WebEx information to be provided upon receipt of Attachment A)

TurboNet would like a response by 3:00PM, Monday , April  19th , 2021. - deadline is 4:00pm, Wednesday, April 21st , 2021.
