[arin-discuss] Fwd: [ARIN-Suggestions] New ACSP Suggestion 2014.10: CHANGES TO CANDIDATE SPEECHES

It has been brought to my attention that this has happened more than once.
 My mistake.  The more reason that there should be guidelines for candidate
speeches.  I still think taking them away completely is extreme.
