[arin-discuss] Verizon using 198.181.64.0/19 on SpamHaus SBL106079

There are far better lists for throwing darts to find a contact. Spamming an ARIN list for this is way off topic for the list, Nanog less so. You lucked out and I happen to work in Verizon's security department. I'm probably a useful contact, but I still can't do anything without more info and it's really best to have this kind of work documented in a ticket, started by the person who has the complaint. It gives me something to point to and say "this is why I'm doing xyz" or "hey bob, you really need to fix xyz". Abuse@ is actually a useful contact, real live people do read those tickets. So if you've already opened a ticket, send me a note off list with the ticket number and I'll see what I can do to help.

Ahh shucks. I sort of expected a "Thanks for the note. I will respond of list."

Sorry. I was looking for a useful contact. Not instructions on the purpose of the list.
