[arin-discuss] Verizon using 198.181.64.0/19 on SpamHaus SBL106079

Hi,

Verizon was sending Call Notifications from IP like 198.23.16.16 is now 
sending Call Notifications from IP like 198.181.94.192 within the block 
198.181.64.0/19, which is black listed by SpamHaus in SBL106079. This 
results in the messages being blocked.

Is there anyone from Verizon on this list that can help get this squared 
away?
