Are we having a serious conversation here? Are we trying to shell script emails? Can we please focus on the topic at hand. This is off on a rabbit trail that, quite frankly, is totally irrelevant to this discussion.

Dig up a fiber? Transfer all assets to $NEW_CORPORATION, declare bankruptcy, and terminate operations.
