[arin-discuss] Question about the ARIN Relying Party Agreement - RPKI 'everyone must sign' and such...

Oh! I'm reminded (by a kind reader) that micheal sinatra was going to
bring this up here... maybe he got busy? in the end... still, how is
this envisioned to work?

(I recall micheal had some ideas as to how/why... Micheal?)
