I think it would be good to collect arguments presented into a pro-con table;  and i already see things that people
are uncomfortable with on both fronts (email: insecure;  web: harder to automate).  the cost factor have to be brought in, too.

May I ask you which email you would prefer to send from your iPhone, old-style or XML one?
