keeping aside two things:
1) my employer (google)
2) previous emails to this thread
How long does a /8 last in global allocations today? (<3months)
How many /16's are in a /8? (256)
How many hours does it take to allocate a /16 globally today? (8.5hrs)
How is this helping the migration to ipv6?
