[arin-discuss] Importance of Corporate Governance

Personally (and speaking only for myself in this context), I prefer
mailing lists.  Yes, threads like this can pose a challenge, but,
they are actually rare and the disadvantages (in terms of
level of participation in new threads) outweigh the advantages
in this situation.
