This is where the ARIN IPv6 wiki can be useful. There is an entire
article on IPv6 addressing plans that can get you started
<http://www.getipv6.info/index.php/IPv6_Addressing_Plans>
and also a lot of other IPv6 information, pointers to presentations
and tutorials and educational resources. Since the wiki focuses
on IPv6 from the viewpoint of an ISP, it may be more relevant than
some of the other IPv6 help sites which tend to be more enterprise
focused.
