WHOOP!

UofMn - a ton of IP space...for a total of 60K students in the metro
area, and only about another 30K students in the affiliate schools.

Yet, if I remember right, they have something like 5 /16s and are
getting more address space.

(don't get me wrong, I like the UofM just fine, but this is an example
