Nothing but ARIN internal politics stops you from offering an IRR+RKPI<br>
service independent of the registration service. Heck, 13 of the 18<br>
IRRs already do.<br>
<br>
For that matter, nothing stops any of those 13 IRRs from publishing a<br>
trust anchor and offering RPKI services. I wonder that none of them<br>
do.<br>
