diversity, it just increases working hands. I have not heard about a need for more working hands on the BOT. In contrast I have heard arguments for opposing the increase of the BOT size because a larger quantity would make it harder to unseat people. When
you have boards or committees without term limits, it’s wise to keep lower numbers to assist with needed change.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
