Bill -
Good to know - I suspect that many of those who are familiar with other tools available
already have sufficient knowledge of RPKI (at least with regard to issuing ROAs) – and
hence aren’t necessarily the target audience for the proposed improvements.

That’s not a chronic condition - such folks can readily enter into an RSA and not only
obtain contractual certainty regarding their number resources, but also gain access to
ARIN’s more advanced routing services such as RPKI and authenticated IRR.
I’ll note that the number of number resources in the ARIN registry not under registration
services agreement continues to decrease (currently just under 31%) so the problem
you cite is indeed diminishing over time.
