For small holders, this would be valuable. It's helpful to receive a
notice that something changed when you weren't expecting anything to
change. It's even more helpful if there's a 1-click option to cancel
or otherwise dispute the change.

I don't know if this would be valuable. It'd take an awful lot of
man-hours to do anything useful with it. I'd be interested if folks
representing large holders would be willing to put in the software
development time.
