[ARIN-consult] ACSP Consultation 2022.2: Consultation on Elections and the Nomination Process

Thanks Nancy.  Looks like the existing controls are fine.  It would have been nice to have "additional constraints on the nomcom as expressed in the bylaws remain unchanged" in the consultation, but we can't hope to be truly exhaustive on such things.
