[ARIN-consult] Consultation on Expanding the Size of the ARIN Board of Trustees

Not necessarily.  If the body of knowledge of the existing 7-member board
is grossly deficient given today's internet ecosystem, then perhaps three
additional seats would not be an adequate increase.  If the current board
found that there were areas of expertise consistently requiring outside
consultation then it should be fairly easy to identify at least a few areas
of expertise that would be an asset to board's decision making.  For
example:  technical expertise, legal expertise, expertise in governmental
matters, etc.
