Bill - 

   The end-user fees did not change, but I do take the point (as the 
   structure of the overall page was reorganized.)

   We’ll look into see if we can clarify it more - we are challenged 
   because the fees schedule is a reference for both new and 
   existing users, ISP and end-user, as well as LRSA customers.
