Yes!

Yes, without doubt.

The moment ARIN's IRR would become the de-facto, reliable place to store
IRR objects related to ARIN space, a registry like NTTCOM (currently
second largest registry on the planet) could consider to offload
authorisation/validation checks to ARIN instead of taking things at
face-value.

We have a lot to gain!
