"END-USER / ASSIGNMENT INITIAL REGISTRATION FEES".
It's $500 for XX-Small.  Up to IPv4/22 or IPv6/48.
Plus $100/year.

I see no discount if I want IPv6 space only.
I have to go through all the qualifications/restrictions for IPv4 space.
