[ARIN-consult] Transferred Prefix List Now Available

As a result of input received during the recent ACSP Consultation:
Publication of Transferred Prefixes, ARIN will begin to publish a
monthly list of all prefixes transferred under section 8.3 of the Number
Resource Policy Manual (NRPM). This list can be found at:
https://www.arin.net/knowledge/statistics/transfers_8_3.html

The list will be updated on a monthly basis along with the other
registration statistics published on the ARIN website.

ARIN would like to thank the community for their feedback on this
consultation.
