The suggestion to remove the 256 WHOIS query results limit was referred to
the consultation process in order to determine if the current limit presents
a problem for many in the community.

After a two week discussion period on the topic, the Consultation Mailing
List will close with this message. Each e-mail address currently subscribed
to consult at arin.net will be e-mailed individually with instructions to
participate in the poll.

This poll will expire at noon ET on Monday, 2 April 2007.

This is a simple polling question to gauge where the community stands. The
discussion on this topic is archived and available at:
http://lists.arin.net/pipermail/consult/.

Issue: Given the modest amount of community interest expressed, ARIN
will make no changes to the existing 256 WHOIS query results limit at this
time.

Poll results will be publicly available and will be used by the ARIN
President to help determine what course of action, if any, ARIN should take
regarding the suggestion.
