[arin-announce] We Want Your Feedback: Take the 2026 ARIN Customer Satisfaction Survey

We need your insights! On 28 May, ARIN launched our 2026 Customer Satisfaction Survey to better understand how well we are meeting the needs of our customers and the broader Internet community. 

The survey is open through Friday, 19 June.

The survey will help ARIN: 

- Better understand members and customer expectations and needs. 
- Measure satisfaction with ARIN’s services and operations. 
- Identify unmet needs and areas for improvement. 
- Assess perceptions of ARIN within the Internet community. 
- Identify opportunities to improve outreach, education, and participation. 
- Understand how ARIN’s current performance compares to that indicated by the previous surveys.  

Survey results will guide future service improvements and complement the feedback ARIN already collects throughout the year using transaction surveys, the feedback button on the ARIN website, the ARIN Consultation and Suggestion Process, and other channels. 

As a thank-you for participating, ARIN will randomly select 10 survey respondents to receive a $250 Amazon gift card during the survey period. To be eligible, please provide your name and email address on the final page of the survey. This information will only be used for the purposes of randomly selecting and contacting survey prize winners.
