We hope to see you at ARIN 31 in Bridgetown, Barbados on 21-24 April,
but for those of you unable to attend in person, we invite you to
participate online. ARIN offers a number of features that allow remote
participants to contribute to policy discussions and other meeting
sessions as part of our commitment to providing a community-wide, open
forum.

In order to participate remotely, you must complete your free
registration. Visit https://www.arin.net/ARIN-31/, select "Register for
ARIN 31," then select "ARIN 31 Remote Participant" from the drop-down menu.

Just as with previous ARIN meetings, you will need a Jabber client and
we will need your Jabber Identifier (JID) when you register. Your JID
will give you access to the ARIN 31 chat rooms. For details, visit:
https://www.arin.net/ARIN-31/remote.html

ARIN considers in-person and remote participants to be equal
contributors to to the Policy Development Process. Registered remote
participants may submit comments during normal question and answer
periods and "raise their hand" to be counted during polling. To thank
remote participants for taking time out to log in, asking questions, and
voting in straw polls, ARIN will be sending verified remote participants
an ARIN travel mug to thank them for their participation.

If you cannot register for ARIN 31 remote participation for any reason,
you may still view the webcast or live transcript on the ARIN website
during general session hours. We'll be sure to remind you before the
meeting to check the schedules for remote participation and download the
meeting materials. The discussion guide and Number Resource Policy
Manual (NRPM) will help you to follow along with proceedings, but be
sure to check out the other great online resources we have compiled
about new services and hot topics in the Internet technical community.
Note that all remote participants are subject to the Remote
Participation Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) found at:

https://www.arin.net/participate/meetings/remote_aup.html

Whether you attend in person or remotely, we look forward to your
participation at ARIN 31. Please contact us at info at arin.net if you have
any questions.

Regards,

Communications and Member Services
American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)
