[arin-announce] Correction: Winter Holidays Closing Information

The ARIN office will close at 3:30 PM on Monday, 23 December for the 
holidays. The office will remain closed Tuesday, 24 December and 
Wednesday, 25 December. The ARIN office will reopen on Thursday, 26 
December at 7:00 AM.

The ARIN office will then be closed Wednesday, 1 January for New Year's 
Day, reopening on Thursday, 2 January 2 at 7:00 AM.
