It might be Groundhog Day, but that doesn’t mean you have to act like a
groundhog! Get out of your burrow and come to the first ARIN on the Road
of 2012 in Brooklyn, New York. The American Registry for Internet
Numbers (ARIN) is pleased to announce a free "ARIN on the Road" event at
the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge on 6 March 2012. Join us
for a great day of networking and education. Pre-registration is
required and is available now at: https://www.arin.net/ontheroad/

Part of ARIN's mission is to educate the community on issues facing the
Internet. ARIN on the Road Brooklyn will provide the latest information
on ARIN's technical services, the status of IPv6 adoption, current ARIN
policy developments and updates about ARIN and the RIR system. We'll
answer questions about how to interact with ARIN's online services and
solicit discussion topics from you to make sure we cover what you want
to know. There will be an optional Ask ARIN session available so you can
speak one-on-one with an ARIN analyst about requesting and managing
Internet number resources. In addition, we’ll feed you lunch free of
charge, and if you complete a brief survey about the event, you will be
entered into a drawing to win a $200 Amazon gift card that will be
awarded at the end of the day.

Attend and interact with ARIN to learn how you can get behind the wheel
and help steer the future of the Internet! Please extend this invitation
to colleagues, friends, and anyone else whom you feel may benefit from
this unique opportunity to learn more about how ARIN operates and
interacts with the Internet community. If you have any questions, please
contact us at info at arin.net.
