ARIN is pleased to announce the release of a number of features and
improvements to ARIN Online and the RESTful Provisioning System. We
have implemented Policy 2010-14, which requires all Organization records
to include an Abuse POC. We have updated ARIN Online forms, RESTful
Provisioning and templates. To support this new requirement, ARIN
performed a data conversion on existing Organizations without an Abuse
POC, making the existing Tech POC the Abuse POC. We recommend that all
account holders verify their Organization data and make any necessary
updates.

Users with billing authorization, Admin and Tech POCs and DMRs will now
receive reminders for unpaid annual renewal and maintenance invoices in
their Message Center. These reminders will also be emailed to the
Billing Contact email address on file with ARIN, as well as to the
Admin, Tech, and DMR POCs for the organization.

In response to ACSP 2011.11, we have also added the capability for users
to search for an IP address or AS number using the Search action within
the Manage Resources tab. The search will only return resources the
user has permission to view; this functionality is not an alternative to
Whois.

Lastly, we have made improvements to the RESTful Provisioning POC and
Ticket services. Users can now link their ARIN Online Web account to a
POC when calling the POC Create service. The new Ticket Summary service
methods allow users to get single or multiple ticket summaries, without
additional messaging and attachments. Please refer to the user
documentation for full details. Links to the API documentation for
methods and payloads is available for download or may be viewed online
here: https://www.arin.net/resources/restful-interfaces.html

We have created a chart to help you visualize which actions can be
performed via ARIN Online and RESTful Provisioning. The guide,
