ARIN is pleased to announce the recipients of its ARIN Meeting 
Fellowship Program for ARIN XXVIII in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After 
reviewing the slate of applicants, the following have been selected as 
your ARIN XXVIII Fellows from the ARIN region:

Canada: Kerry Brown, KDB Systems
USA: Brigette Teets, State of Idaho
Caribbean: Niel Harper, CIBC First Caribbean

These Fellows will receive the following benefits:

Free meeting registration
Round-trip airfare to the meeting
Hotel accommodations at the venue hotel
A stipend to cover meals and incidental travel expenses

Please join us in welcoming Kerry, Brigette, and Niel at their first 
ARIN Meeting! ARIN XXVIII will be held in Philadelphia, 12-14 October 
2011 and
