ARIN hopes to see you on 12-14 October for ARIN XXVIII, but if you can’t
make it to Philadelphia, we invite you to join us remotely. Remote
participants may contribute to policy discussions and other meeting
sessions as part of ARIN’s on-going effort to create a community-wide
open forum.
In order to participate remotely, you must register for the meeting. To
register for free, visit https://www.arin.net/ARIN-XXVIII/. Click
“Register for ARIN XXVIII” and select "ARIN XXVIII Remote Participant"
from the drop-down menu.
Before you register as a remote participant, you will need a Jabber
client and a Jabber Identifier (JID). Your JID will allow you to log in
to the meeting chat rooms. For all the details visit:
https://www.arin.net/ARIN-XXVIII/remote.html
Before the meeting, be sure to check the schedules for remote
participation and don’t forget to download the meeting materials which
will be available online. The meeting program, discussion guide, and
other supporting documents will help you to follow along.
Registration is not required to view the webcast or live transcript, but
as a registered remote participant, you will be able to submit comments
during normal question and answer periods and “raise your hand” to be
counted during polling. All remote participants are subject to the
Remote Participation Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Complete information
about remote participation is available at on the remote participation
page of our website.
Whether you plan to be on-site or can only take part remotely, we look
forward to your participation at ARIN XXVIII. Please contact us at
info at arin.net if you have any questions.
