[arin-announce] ARIN Slide Deck for Community Use

At the request of the community, ARIN has created a downloadable slide 
deck that describes the impending depletion of the IPv4 resource and the 
need to adopt IPv6.  Each slide includes presentation notes.

You may use the slide deck in whole, or select individual slides to 
supplement your own presentations.  ARIN is providing the slide deck as 
an open file for ease of use, but requests you not alter the content of 
the slides.
