The ARIN 2008 Annual Report is now available at:

ARIN publishes annual reports to document the operations and activities 
of the organization for the community. The Annual Report 2008 is broken 
into four chapters:

* Organization – messages from our Chairman, an overview of ARIN's 
mission, region, structure, and the activities of ARIN's Board of 
Trustees, Advisory Council, and NRO Number Council representatives, and 
a tribute to past president, Raymond A. Plzak

* Policy Process - summaries of the policy proposals discussed at ARIN 
XXI and ARIN XXII, information about the Policy Development Process, and 
changes to the Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) for 2008

* ARIN in Action – brief summaries on the Public Policy and Members 
Meetings and a report on ARIN's participation in meetings and governance 
events throughout the global Internet community

* Reports & Statistics – departmental activities, reports on the 
Consultation and Suggestion Process, Service Level Commitments, number 
resource statistics, and a link to the results of the 2008 Financial 
Audit when that becomes available
