Registration is now open for the ARIN XXIII Public Policy and Members 
Meeting, 26-29 April 2009, in San Antonio, Texas. The meeting will be 
held at the Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk, and information about 
the meeting, hotel, and remote participation is available at:

The special room rate of $159(USD) single/double occupancy is available 
until 30 March 2009. Reserve your room now as space is limited.

ARIN holds open, biannual Public Policy and Members Meetings, to provide 
an opportunity for the entire Internet community to contribute to 
Internet number resource policy discussion and development, network with 
colleagues, and attend workshops and tutorials. Current policy proposals 
up for discussion at this meeting are available at:

ARIN XXIII Overview

• Sunday: 26 April: The pre-meeting agenda includes a lunch for first 
time ARIN meeting attendees. During the afternoon, IPv6 tutorials will 
take attendees from theory to practice, whether they are trying to run
IPv6 themselves or need to implement IPv6 for their business. In the 
evening, there will be the Introduction to the Policy Development 
Process and Open Policy Hour sessions and a cocktail reception

• Monday, 27 April: ARIN Public Policy Meeting, Day 1 and ARIN Social

• Tuesday, 28 April: ARIN Public Policy Meeting, Day 2

• Wednesday, 29 April: ARIN Members Meeting (open to all ARIN XXIII
attendees)

ARIN will once again offer expanded remote participation. Register your 
Jabber Identifier to submit questions and comments and to raise your 
hand during consensus polling. The webcast and live transcript of the 
entire Public Policy and Members Meeting including the Open Policy Hour 
held Sunday be available to everyone.
