[arin-announce] Bill Manning Resigns from ARIN Board of Trustees

Bill Manning has resigned from the ARIN Board of Trustees effective 14 
November 2008.  ARIN thanks Bill for his seven years of service to the 
organization and community and wishes him the very best in his future 
endeavors.

According to the ARIN Bylaws, the remaining Board members at their 
discretion may vote to appoint an interim member to fill this vacancy.  
The Board will discuss this matter during an upcoming meeting.
