[arin-announce] Interim Board Appointment

On 3 December the ARIN Board of Trustees appointed Lee Howard to serve 
an interim one year term on the Board, beginning 1 January 2009, to fill 
the vacancy created by Bill Manning's recent resignation. According to 
the ARIN Bylaws, the membership will vote for a candidate to fill the 
last remaining year of Mr. Manning's term, January - December 2010, in 
the next general election.
