On Saturday, March 4, 2006, ARIN will be completing the final phase of 
implementing generator backup capability providing power to essential 
infrastructure equipment and services in the event of a future power outage.

This project is part of a continuing effort that ARIN is making to 
increase availability of community provided services.  This final phase 
will incorporate the generator into portions of the ARIN core electrical 
circuit.

While no interruption of service during this transition is anticipated, 
we wanted to inform the community in advance of our transition plans.
