To assist the community in making travel preparations for ARIN XVIII,
ARIN is providing hotel reservation information before meeting
registration opens. ARIN XVIII will be held 11-13 October 2006,
back-to-back with NANOG 38 at the Adam's Mark Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri.

The room rate for meeting attendees is $109 (USD) for single or double
occupancy rooms. The hotel will honor this rate for attendees staying
between 4 October 2006 and 17 October 2006, based on availability. This
rate includes complimentary high speed Internet access in guest rooms,
fitness center, and other recreation facilities.

For those attending both NANOG 38 and ARIN XVIII, reservations may be
made online at http://www.adamsmark.com/ARINNANOG06. For those just
attending ARIN XVIII, reservations can be made at
http://www.adamsmark.com/ARIN2006. To place your reservation, click on
the "Book It!" link at the bottom of the page.

Reservations can also be made by phone at 1-800-444-2326. If attending
both meetings, please reference that you will be attending ARIN/NANOG to
get the special attendee rate, or if just attending ARIN, please
reference just the ARIN meeting. This hotel information is also
available at http://www.arin.net/ARIN-XVIII/hotel.html.

To be eligible for the special rate of $109 (USD), reservations must be
made by 22 September 2006. For additional information about the Adam's
Mark St. Louis Hotel, please see the hotel's website at
http://www.adamsmark.com/stlouis/.

Meeting registration for ARIN XVIII will open on 14 August
2006. Additional agenda details and more information about ARIN XVIII
will be posted to our website as we get closer to the meeting, so check
back often! Sponsorship opportunities are still available; please
contact Erin Centanni at erinc at arin.net for details.
