In its continuing effort to supply the community with an open forum,
ARIN is inviting individuals who cannot attend the meeting in person to
participate remotely. Remote participants may post questions and
comments to be addressed in normal question and answer periods
throughout the agenda. Remote participation in the ARIN XVI Public
Policy and Members Meetings via e-mail is available to all members of
the community that cannot attend the meeting in person. The entire ARIN
XVI Public Policy Meeting and ARIN Members Meeting will also be webcast.

To register for remote participation, please send an e-mail to
remote at arin.net with "Remote Participation" as the subject by 11:59 PM
PDT, October 25, 2005. ARIN will send a reply e-mail with any steps
necessary to complete the registration process and instructions on how
to participate remotely in the meeting.

Comments received from remote participants will be moderated and
presented to the meeting during normal question and answer periods. ARIN
will use e-mail to provide the interactive portion of the remote
participation effort. All remote participants are subject to the Remote
Participation Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Additional information about remote participation, including the Remote
Participation AUP, is available at:

Detailed information on how to access the meeting webcast will be posted
on this page before the meeting. The webcast will be using RealNetworks
Streaming Media, and the broadcast will begin Wednesday, October 26, at
9:00 AM PDT. To view the live or archived feeds, you can use RealPlayer
