Several documents have been posted on the ARIN website recently:

1. FY 2003 Annual Report:

On April 20, 2004, the Board of Trustees revised ARIN's Bylaws to
streamline practices and procedures and to edit for clarity and
conciseness.

Changes to the Bylaws include changes in nominating and voting rights and
responsibilities for Board and AC elections and candidacy requirements for
Board and AC seats. In addition, specific procedural details have been
moved into separate Board of Trustees, Advisory Council, and Election
Guidelines.
