[arin-announce] "Managing the Internet" Featured at INET/IGC 2004

We would like to call your attention to the upcoming ISOC sponsored
INET/IGC 2004 in Barcelona, Spain 10-14 May. Over 180 speakers
will present sessions covering a broad range of topics and an exhibit
will showcase the latest Internet technologies, products and services.
This conference is open to all interested parties.

Two program tracks of particular note are:

- Managing the Internet: A special track for policy makers focusing on the
issues around the theme of 'Internet Governance.' Invited experts will
focus on the facts about how the Internet works, who makes it work, and
how it could work in the future. As the debate continues on the definition
of Internet Governance, sessions in this track will help attendees get a
clear understanding of what is really required to keep the 'Net running
smoothly.

 - IPv6 tutorial: Join this session and listen to the lessons learned from
research and real life deployment of IPv6 from an expert panel on this
exciting new technology

Additional program tracks are entitled:
	Emerging Security Technologies
	New Technological Developments
	Society, Politics and Culture
	What's Next?: what will be the 'next big thing' on the
	Internet?
